Return Series - Return

A relaxing practice to close the Return series. This practice will take us very close to the ground, starting with the full sequence and slowly eliminating the movement to finally come to stillness.

Return is a series of mind & body practices that is created by Meta Vashti to help balance yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally.

The series contain 8 videos with a various range of intensities and difficulties. They begin gentle and on the floor, slowly get you up to standing, and the end of the series take you back down to a more quiet practice.

With these series of videos, you can pick and choose the video that is most suitable for your current state. You may also connect the practices from one video to the next to build your own longer practices.
